We’re proud to reveal one of our most ambitious and artistic projects yet — a dramatic, sculptural penthouse inside the iconic One Za’abeel Tower in Dubai.

Spanning over 900 square meters across the 58th and 59th floors, this two-level penthouse is not just a residence — it’s a statement. Designed with a focus on emotion, contrast, and spatial storytelling, every corner of this home offers a unique sensory experience.

A Concept Built Around Contrast and Curiosity

The design breaks away from conventional luxury. Instead of simply decorating a space, we sculpted it — layer by layer — into an immersive journey. We worked with contrasting volumes, bold materials, and shifting light to shape a home that feels alive. It’s moody yet open, refined yet raw, bold yet serene. Each element is placed with intention, each material selected to engage the senses.

This is not just a place to live — it’s a place to explore.

- The Suspended Bedroom Suite

One of the project’s most striking features is the glass-walled primary bedroom — suspended above the main living area, offering breathtaking 360-degree views of the Dubai skyline. It feels both weightless and grounded, intimate yet open.

- The Red Glass Bathtub

Positioned like an art installation, the custom red glass bathtub sits at the center of its own dramatic setting. It’s more than functional — it’s emotional, designed to create a powerful visual and spatial focal point.

- Living & Lounge Areas

Warm, textured materials create a grounded contrast to the glass and metal structures. The living spaces are designed for comfort, but with dramatic ceiling heights and sculptural furniture, they still feel elevated and refined.

- Dining & Entertaining Zones

Tailored for both quiet dinners and lively gatherings, the dining space flows seamlessly into the open kitchen. Custom lighting and reflective materials make this area come alive at different times of day.

- Gallery-Inspired Walkways & Hallways

Rather than simple corridors, the circulation areas are treated like galleries — featuring custom-designed lighting, art-like finishes, and spatial compositions that shift as you move.
