Status: Under Construction

A luxurious palace complex featuring five main buildings, including a villa, guest house, stable, majlis, and pavilion. The design strikes a balance between traditional grandeur and modern adaptability, creating a dynamic space for both relaxation and entertainment.

B21 Villa Project

Area: 600 m²
Location: Palm Jumeirah,Dubai, UAE
Status: Built

A luxury residence designed with graceful curves and a striking facade, the B21 Villa redefines modern living on Palm Jumeirah. Its contemporary design combines opulence with cutting-edge architectural aesthetics.

Sakura Warehouse Project

Sakura Warehouse Project

Area: 116,000 m²
Location: Alborz, Iran
Status: Under Construction

An expansive industrial complex, featuring two warehouses and an office building. The office space is designed with a high-tech approach, incorporating green terraces and a layered facade to enhance both function and beauty.

Universal Factory Project

Area: 11,850 m²
Location: DIC, Dubai, UAE
Status: Under Construction

A state-of-the-art belt manufacturing facility located in Dubai Investment Park. Its innovative design incorporates elegant, flowing curves to optimize workflow while blending industrial functionality with sophisticated architectural aesthetics.

Most Expansive Project:
Sakura Factory, spanning 116,000 m² in Alborz, Iran. A large-scale industrial project that reflects our expertise in infrastructure.
Smallest Project:
Lavender Patisserie & Cafe, 80 m², in Tehran, Iran. A cozy, beautifully designed commercial space for an exceptional cafe experience.
