Established in 1995, Lamasat Media Group began as a publisher of seven niche magazines in decoration, design, fashion, beauty, and weddings. -Featured Project | B21 Villa

B21 Villa is a 600 sqm luxury residence located on Palm Jumeirah. This completed project features a breathtaking curved facade, a sculptural U-shaped floating staircase, and an elegant, open-plan layout. With integrated smart home systems, bespoke furnishings, and a serene outdoor pool area, B21 is a symbol of refined, built excellence.

-Featured Project – Awir Villa

Still in its concept phase, Awir Villa covers a vast 25,000 sqm in Al Awir. Designed as a private compound with villas, stables, courts, and recreational spaces, this project blends Bohemian charm with the clean lines and volumetric richness of modern architecture. With dynamic spatial planning and artistic features such as an outdoor Pavilion and artist workshop, Awir Villa offers a lifestyle rooted in creativity and comfort.
